We're Better Together

I began this A2-sized card by stamping the image and sentiment (Colorado Craft Company) in Distress Archival ink in hickory smoke using my MISTI to assure good placement and darkness. Then, I used chalk to color in the image. After that, I cut the green gingham paper slightly larger than the panel with the image on it, and I placed it on a white card base using double-sided tape.

Sleeping Beauty

I started the A2-sized card by stamping the woman (Rubber Stampede) on white card stock and cut it down with my paper trimmer. I matted that on navy blue card stock. Then, I stamped the background using Distress Ink in Chipped Sapphire. I matted that on the same navy blue card stock. I placed that panel on a white card stock base and adhered the framed Beauty to that off-center. I used chalk to enhance her lips and to give her a rosy cheek.
