"Earth Laughs in Flowers."

I began this A2-sized card by stamping the floral images (Magenta) with Versafine Onyx ink on a white card stock panel. Then, I colored the flowers using a blue chalk and the "stems" with green. Next, I stamped the sentiment (Great Impressions) using Vivid vintage green. Finally, I adhered the panel to a greenish card base with double-sided tape.

Fine French Grograin Ribbon

I began this A2-sized card by first stamping the label (Above the Mark) on manila-colored card stock with Vivid brown. Then, I cut the two strips, manila and light brown, one larger than the other, and adhered them together with double-sided tape. I adhered those to the brown card base. Next, I used double-sided tape to adhere the pieces of ribbon to the label. Finally, I used double-sided foam tape to adhere the label to the card stock strips.

I began this A2-sized card by stamping the sentiment (Stampabilities) using Vivid olive on a scrap of manila card stock. Next, I die cut the blue-green card stock and trimmed it on the top to fit on the card. Then, I cut the striped paper slightly smaller than the manila card base.

This card is an A2-sized card. All of the papers and the snip of ribbon are from Stampin' Up!. The ink pad I used to stamp the sentiment (Stampabilities) is Vivid olive.

Star Light, Star Bright

I'm using this Designer Series Paper by Stampin' Up! for the first time today.

This card measures 4 1/4" by 5 1/2" by the time all the folds are completed. There is a flap with the horizontal stripes and another flap with the stars. Here is the inside:

I stamped the stars and the inside sentiment (Stampin' Up!) with Vivid inky blue to match the front of the card. I stamped the outside sentiment (Verses Rubber Stamps) on a scrap of cream card stock.

Snowflakes

I began this A2-sized card by stamping the snowflakes (A Stamp in the Hand) on white card stock using Vivid inky blue. I rounded the corners and adhered it to the navy panel with double-sided tape. Then, I glued on the felt snowflake. I adhered the navy panel to a white card base.

 I began this A2-sized card by stamping the "snow" (A Stamp in the Hand) on the white panel using Vivid inky blue. I glued the die cut tree to the lower right corner and rounded the edges with a hand punch. Then, I stamped the sentiment (Stampin' Up!) with Versamark and heat embossed it on navy blue card stock using white embossing powder. I arranged those two panels on a red piece of card stock and, using double-sided tape, adhered that to the striped scrapbook paper.

 I began this tag by die cutting the white panel out of card stock. I also die cut the snowflakes and the base panel out of a navy card stock. Then, I stamped the circle sentiment (Hampton Art) with Vivid inky blue on the corner of the white panel allowing some of it to be off the edge. Next, I arranged the snowflakes and glued them to the white panel. Finally, I punched a hole at the top of the tag and threaded a sheer white ribbon into it. I used a thin white ribbon to tie it off.

Happy Holidays Tag

I began this tag by die cutting the white panel of card stock. I also cut the green panel using my paper trimmer. Then, I stamped the wreath (Stampa Rosa) using Vivid ink in vintage green. Next, I used a hand hole punch and red paper to make the little "berries" and glued them to the wreath. After that, I stamped the sentiment (Hampton Art) in Colorbox Chalk warm red. Finally, I used a larger hole punch to make a hole in the top of the tag and threaded in a piece of ribbon and tied it in a knot.

I began this A2-sized card by die cutting the trees in two different colors of green. Then, I cut a bit of the blue and white paper and hand punched the edge to make it look like snowy hills. I adhered that to a white card base using double-sided tape. Next, I glued the trees to the card. Finally, I stamped the sentiment (PSX) using Vivid ink.

Festive Little Bird

 This little bird card measures about 3 3/4" by 4 1/2". It would fit in an envelope sized for an A2 card. I began by die cutting two bird shapes. I embossed one with the coordinating folder. I rubbed a Vivid aqua ink pad over the surface, then I glued on the red pom-pom trim. To make it into a card, I glued the tail to the second bird shape I had cut and scored it to make a hinge.

Then, I die cut the snowflakes and glued them to the card base. I added a self-adhesive crystal gem to the center of each.

I began this A2-sized card by stamping the quote (Impression Obsession) in Vivid brown. I adhered that to a brown panel using double-sided tape. Then, I used double-sided foam tape to make the sentiment stand out, and I cut the other panels and layered them.

A Little Frog Told Me...

I began this A2-sized card by stamping all of the elements on the manila-colored card stock. I stamped the shadow at the bottom (Rubber Room ?) in Distress Archival Ink. I stamped the frog (Stampendous) in Versafine Onyx and the sentiment (Peddler's Pack Stampworks) in Vivid olive. Then, I colored the frog in the tutu with my Spectrum Noir colored pencils. Next, I layers that panel over an olive-colored card stock which was laid over a manila-colored card base. The last thing I did was add silver glitter to the hem of the tutu and the crown. (It doesn't show up well in a scan, darn it!) I believe this is the first time I've used glitter on a card. It is really fine.

Thinking of You

I began making the A2-sized card by cutting a white card base, a red panel and white panel. I layered them in that order. Then, I die cut the poinsettia and leaves and glued them to the card base. Next, I stamped the sentiment (Stampin' Up!) using Vivid ink in vintage green.

I began this A2-sized card by layering the brown and the plaid papers onto a white card base. Then, I stamped the sentiment (Uptown Design Co.) onto white card stock with Vivid butterscotch and layered that onto a different brown card stock. Next, I die cut the sprigs and glued them to the under side of the sentiment. Finally, I mounted the sentiment panel onto the card using double-sided foam tape.

I began this A2-sized card by stamping the pine cones (unknown) three times with Vivid ink and cutting them out with my craft knife. Then, I stamped the two pine boughs (Just For Fun) leaving some room to place the pine cones in the middle. Next, I glued two of the pine cones into place and popped the third one up with double-sided foam tape. Finally, I stamped the sentiment (Hampton Art) with Colorbox Chalk in warm red.

A Playful Cat

 This tag measures approximately 3 1/4" by 5 1/2" without the fibers. First, I stamped the cat (Viva Las Vegas Stamps) with Versafine Onyx. I colored her with my Spectrum Noir colored pencils in a gray color. Second, I stamped the cat again on a Post-It note and cut it out to make a mask. I placed the mask over the cat and the "floor". Third, I used my MISTI stamp positioner to stamp the background (Stampers Anonymous) using Vivid ink in straw. Fourth, I removed the masks and colored the floor to match the Vivid ink. Lastly, I cut some fibers and threaded them through the hole at the top. It looks like the cat is playing with them, as cats are wont do.

Thankful Thoughts

I started this A2-sized card by stamping the strip of autumn icons (Stampin' Up!) on a manila-colored scrap, and I colored them using my Prismacolor colored pencils. When done, I adhered them to a scrap of green card stock and adhered that to the manila-colored card base. Then, I stamped the sentiment (also Stampin' Up!) using Vivid ink.
