These are two cards that are so similar that I just put them together here.
On white card stock, I stamped the sneakers (Post Modern Design) and the sentiment (Club Scrap) right below the box using Versafine Onyx ink. I colored in the shoelaces using a marker. I matched the color of the A2 card blanks to the color of the shoelaces. Then, I added a gold, star-shaped eyelet to where the star was on the sentiment stamp. Finally, I used double-sided tape to adhere the panel to the card blank.
