I raided my scraps to put this card together. The dots are gold and the stripe are gold.
I arranged the two papers in a pleasing manner. Then, I cut out the Happy Birthday circle from the flip side of the striped card stock using a die and my Big Kick. I cut a circle out of black card stock and put the die cut on top of it and adhered that to the front.
