With this card, I started with a green A7 card blank, measuring 4 1/2" by 6". The floral layer is 4" by 5 1/2", and the blue layer is 2 1/2" by 4". It was sewn into place through all of the layers, including the band, which measures 1/2" by 4".
I cut the pinwheel (Sizzix) out of white card stock and assembled it. I attached a green plaid brad at the center and popped it up using a small square of dimensional foam tape.
