Best Wishes

I started this A2-sized card by cutting the striped scrapbook paper to 1 1/2" by 4 1/4" and adhered it to a white card base using double-sided tape. I filled in the rest of the card with the floral print. I used the green paper as a ribbon as indicated in the challenge below. I stamped the sentiment (Stampin' Up!) using Versafine Onyx ink.
